Terms & Conditions

 

Please review the following conditions of the accommodation you will be renting. By booking the accommodation it is understood by all parties that you have reviewed and accepted the terms herein. In general, we have the same terms and conditions as booking.com and Airbnb:


Cancellation Flexible - 14 days

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
  • We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from the guests before arrival.  


Grace Period

  • No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking


Child policies

  • Children of any age are allowed.


Extra bed & cot options

  • No cots are available.


Extra beds

  • No extra beds are available, but inflatable mattress might be arranged upon request.

 

Internet and parking

  • Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and is free of charge and there is free parking outside the premises.

  • The guests must provide their address details when they book

Key collection/getting into the property

  • Check in by lockbox. The code to the lockbox will be sent on the day of arrival.

 

House rules.  The following house rules for the guests:

  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply.
  • Parties/events are not allowed.
  • There are no set quiet hours.
  • Travel insurance – We recommend all guests purchase travel and cancellation insurance.
  • Lost and found: We will make every effort to locate any possessions left behind. Please email us if you have lost any items. If found, we will email you requesting the shipping address, and will ship the items back to you for the cost of the packaging and shipping. Any items found in accommodations will be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
  • Right to refusal of service: Management reserve the right to refuse service if guests have not claimed the proper number of guests staying, or if either party has adequate reason to believe that the accommodation or content thereof will be put at unnecessary risk during a guest's stay for reasons such as, but not limited to, the use of illicit substances on the premises, unauthorized gatherings, excessively loud and disrespectful behavior, or reservation obtained under false pretense.
  • Written exceptions: Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
  • Disclaimer: This accommodation is owned by a private liability company. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, nor is the owner responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting the terms & conditions on this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 


Maximum occupancy: The nightly rate for the accommodation you hired is for a specified occupancy (specified number of guests). The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the registered guests and is not to be used to host parties or events that include additional unpaid guests.


Date changes: Guests may request to change the dates of their reservation free of charge, provided the dates they request are available. Reservations made at special or last-minute rates may be subject to a surcharge should the special conditions under which their original reservation was made no longer apply.


Damages on the property: Guest authorizes management to process charges for the costs of repair or replacement of damaged or missing items beyond normal use. Any damages to rental property should be communicated by the guest to management after arrival and are expected to be covered by the guest.

 

No daily housekeeping services: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. 

 

Meal service: No meals are included in the reservation.  

 

Parking: Free parking is available at the accommodation. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.

 

Water and septic: Tap water is safe for consumption and all other purposes. We ask that guests use water sparingly and respectfully and that they DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.
